Born as a small artisan roasting business, Bianco’s family company has turned, in over 90 years, into a modern industrial complex. Biancaffè spreads the craft and the culture of italian espresso in the world: we preserve the true essence, of coffee, control the weight of every single grain and its pureness through the sensory analysis, of the tasting panel, we follow the rules of roasting, with particular care for the elaboration of toasting curves; with a series of automatic controls and working reports we greatly improve the output quality. For each product, Biancaffè supplies professional coffeemakers for capsules, pods. and FAP capsules.

Our sophisticated production and packaging systems grant superior performance levels and internal process integration. Biancaffè’s secret lies in the exploitation of the numerous advantages offered by technology automation and innovation, which favour the integration of the different production activities under supply chain management and total quality management perspectives, preserving the technical know-how on the production process: an admirable organisation, made of people and machinery,is able to ensure a consistent and accurate service, and to readily answer to every customer’s need.

The avant-garde roasting plant has a capacity of 12 tons per day; the toasting process takes place on a bed of hot air; programming and control of the production cycle are computerised; the packaging, made with new generation plants, is distributed on 13 production lines:
10 lines for pods in formats ESE and XP (38 mm), compatible capsules with systems Lavazza Point, A Modo Mio, Blue, Nespresso, Caffitaly and Dolce Gusto, with a production capacity of 00,000 single-dose per day; 2 lines for coffee beans, with a production capacity of 20,000 packs per day 1 line for vacuum packed coffee (250 grams) with a production capacity of20,000 items per day.

IL COFFEE: ORIGINS

ARABICA Brasile

The Santos, used in the mixture,
is high quality product with a characteristic copper green color
and a flattened and elongated shape of the bean;
gives the coffee a sweet and thick taste.

ARABICA Etiopia

The medium/large Ethiopian beans with an oblong
shape and brown/greenish color give the mixture
an acidity and a good body with fruity shades.

ARABICA Colombia

The Colombia used for our blens is a fine arabica
with a uniform, large and flat beans; with an almond
aftertaste, a strong aroma and a medium-high acidity.

ARABICA Salvador

Coffee of the highest prestige and quality,
offers a good persistence cream
and an intense scent of sage and lemon
that can be also perceived during toasting and tasting.
Medium-fine acidity, a good body, pleasant and round,
has a marked sweetness.

ARABICA Honduras

Full-bodied and aromatic, it's a balanced mix of
gourmet blends for espresso coffee with caramel notes.

ROBUSTA India

Of light brown color and large bean,
it's very full-bodied, with a full body
and chocolate flavor with a hint of spice.

ROBUSTA Uganda

Excellent robust from high mountain,
gives to the cup consistency and roundness
as well as a spicy and slightly wood guate.

ROBUSTA Vietnam

Medium body, slightly fruity and spicy flavor.

ROBUSTA India - Kaapi Royale

Extremely fine coffee,
well selected and high-quality
coffee with a unique personality and excellent body and density.

For a more attentive and demanding consumer, Biancaffé offers CAFFE BIO FAIR TRADE, a coffee blend characterised by two certification:

  • BIOLOGIC PRODUCT CERTIFICATE ensuring that the product comes from an agricultural process that respects human and animal welfare and sustains environmental and cultural biodiversity;
  • FLO CERT certificate which verifies the following of the Fair Trade standards for roasters; that is, it ensures end customers that coffee has been cultivated and commercialised with care towards he rights of manufacturers and workers in the Southern Regions of the World, granting a fair price and an additional margin to invest in projects aimed at development and welfare of communities.

BIO FAIR TRADE COFFEEis available in two main blends which enhance taste and creaminess: 100% Arabica for a sensitive and delicate taste andClassic blend with more thickness and density.
